New Ordinance for Residential Building and Permits

The Ordinance 2026-11 repeals and replaces Ordinance 258-A and its Addendums. The New ordinance complies with the Arkansas Code & establishes uniform residential building & siting for all homes. Any new or relocated home requires a permit. A survey and site plan are just a couple of the requirements. Please review this ordinance if you plan on building or relocating a home
